About us
Empowering athletes, building futures
Windermere Volleyball Academy is part of a volleyball family spanning three generations and over 30 years.
How it started
Our journey began as we watched our daughters practice in local clubs and noticed a culture that often emphasized rigid adherence to tactics, with players focused solely on executing coaches’ orders.
We saw an opportunity to create something different: an environment that prioritizes individual growth, creativity and decision-making. We believe these qualities give athletes the adaptability and imagination to face the challenges of competitive play.
Our goal
We foster a volleyball culture that balances exceptional technical training with empowering players. By giving athletes more freedom to develop their own style and solutions on the court, we aim to cultivate well-rounded people who thrive under pressure.
Our results
We’ve helped athletes secure spots on college and high school teams, and our teams have consistently achieved important results in major tournaments.
Our coaches are registered with AAU and USAV, and are dedicated to a supportive, fun and secure environment for athletes of all levels.
One family, several homes
With locations across the Orlando area in Hunters Creek, Windermere and Winter Garden, we are committed to building a volleyball family that inspires athletes to reach their full potential.
